Shipping Policy

🚚  All orders are carefully packed at our Munsyari facility and dispatched within 2–3 business days. We ship pan-India using trusted courier partners.

1. Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (harvest months of September–November, and festive periods) processing may take up to 4 business days. We will notify you by email or SMS if there is any delay.

3. Shipping Partners

We partner with reliable courier services including Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart Logistics, and India Post (for remote Himalayan pin codes). The courier partner is assigned automatically based on your delivery location for the fastest service.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You can also track your order at any time by contacting us at orders@halliya.in with your order ID.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000 in most serviceable pin codes across India. COD orders may take an additional 1 business day to process. A small COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply on orders below ₹499.

Please note: COD is not available for orders to certain remote Northeast India and Ladakh pin codes. If COD is unavailable for your pin code, you will be informed at checkout.

6. Packaging

All Halliya products are packed with care in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging. Fragile items (glass bottles of Buransh Juice, spice jars) are secured with bubble wrap and rigid outer cartons. Handicraft items (carpets, shawls, bamboo baskets) are wrapped in protective cloth and cardboard.

We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging materials as a reflection of our mountain values.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 3 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at orders@halliya.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210. We will initiate a trace with the courier and resolve the issue within 5 business days. In case of a confirmed lost shipment, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

💚  We stand behind the quality of every Halliya product. If you're not completely satisfied, we make it right — no questions asked within our return window.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Returns requested after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted, except in cases of transit damage where photographic evidence is provided.

2. Eligible Items for Return

The following conditions qualify for a return, replacement, or refund:

  • Product received in a damaged or broken condition (e.g. broken glass bottle, torn packaging)
  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong item or variant)
  • Product is significantly different from its description on our website
  • Product showing signs of spoilage or contamination on arrival (with photographic evidence)
  • Missing items from your order (partial shipment)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, quality assurance, and the perishable nature of our mountain produce, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products (spices, grains, juices, pickles)
  • Products without original packaging or tamper-evident seal broken by the customer
  • Handicraft items (carpets, shawls, bamboo baskets) once used or washed
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)
  • Gift packs and combo sets (if any product within has been opened)

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email us at returns@halliya.in or WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Step 2 – Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send a confirmation if your return is approved. For damaged or incorrect items, we may not require the physical return of the product — a photo is sufficient in most cases.

Step 3 – Pickup / Drop-off

If a physical return is required, we will arrange a free pickup from your address. In remote areas where pickup is not available, we may ask you to ship the item back using India Post (we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs).

Step 4 – Refund or Replacement

Once the return is confirmed, you can choose either a full refund or a free replacement. Replacements are dispatched within 3–4 business days.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it enters our packing process. To cancel, email orders@halliya.in immediately with your Order ID. Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place your order.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway partners. We do not store your payment credentials.

In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

An order is considered accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us with your Order ID.
