🚚 All orders are carefully packed at our Munsyari facility and dispatched within 2–3 business days. We ship pan-India using trusted courier partners.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed the next business day.
During peak seasons (harvest months of September–November, and festive periods) processing may take up to 4 business days. We will notify you by email or SMS if there is any delay.

We partner with reliable courier services including Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart Logistics, and India Post (for remote Himalayan pin codes). The courier partner is assigned automatically based on your delivery location for the fastest service.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You can also track your order at any time by contacting us at orders@halliya.in with your order ID.
COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000 in most serviceable pin codes across India. COD orders may take an additional 1 business day to process. A small COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply on orders below ₹499.
Please note: COD is not available for orders to certain remote Northeast India and Ladakh pin codes. If COD is unavailable for your pin code, you will be informed at checkout.
All Halliya products are packed with care in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging. Fragile items (glass bottles of Buransh Juice, spice jars) are secured with bubble wrap and rigid outer cartons. Handicraft items (carpets, shawls, bamboo baskets) are wrapped in protective cloth and cardboard.
We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging materials as a reflection of our mountain values.
If your order has not arrived within 3 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at orders@halliya.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210. We will initiate a trace with the courier and resolve the issue within 5 business days. In case of a confirmed lost shipment, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

💚 We stand behind the quality of every Halliya product. If you're not completely satisfied, we make it right — no questions asked within our return window.
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Returns requested after 7 days of the delivery date will not be accepted, except in cases of transit damage where photographic evidence is provided.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send a confirmation if your return is approved. For damaged or incorrect items, we may not require the physical return of the product — a photo is sufficient in most cases.
If a physical return is required, we will arrange a free pickup from your address. In remote areas where pickup is not available, we may ask you to ship the item back using India Post (we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs).
Once the return is confirmed, you can choose either a full refund or a free replacement. Replacements are dispatched within 3–4 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, we will collect your bank account details (name, account number, IFSC) to process the NEFT transfer.

Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery.
